I am a nature and wildlife photographer with a special focus on wild animals, but sometimes I'll shoot a landscape or a beautiful flower as well.

I like to come close to the animals, without disturbing them, and try to take personal portraits of them. But I also try to take pictures where the animal itself takes up less space, and you get to see them in their natural environment. Both ways of photographing have their challenges; getting close to wild animals is obviously a challenge in and of itself, but when I take pictures of them in their environment, compositional challenges arise; the environment can't "disturb" the image.

I live in Norrtälje, just north of Stockholm, Sweden, and I do most of my photography in the nearby area. I'm a member of Norrtälje Fotoklubb.
